Started my official gym membership today...and I am super excited! I've lost 2 more lbs...thanks to eating more calories and not starving my body anymore, so all in all pretty good day!

Good for you! Isn't it fantastic when the realization hits that you actually have to EAT to lose weight? LOL. Many doctors haven't gotten there yet.
