Monday my co-worker and I have started up our exercising, and watching what we eat. I have been kind of a slacker since back from vacation. Lost about 20 pounds before I left for Florida and since I've been back I've gained 13; even though I have been biking to and from work and taking some bike rides and walks on the weekends. Its primarly I just have not been watching what I put in my mouth! So anyway, a new start: will be going to LA Fitness and 5 x a week and added a boot camp class and a yoga class. Andrea and I took a before picture and will be measuring ourselves tomorrow. October 14 is our goal date- we both want to lose 20 pounds.
