Summer is winding down. It's been ridiculous. I hate the word busy. I asked my kids to make a list of items they'd like to see in their lunches. I am curious what they'll list... My hope is to go over it with them and try to sub healthy choices for their junk choices. Of course I will let them have some junk. It would make sense to just pack us all lunch at the same time. I've eaten out a lot this summer, not all bad choices though. It would make sense to get up an hour earlier to not have to rush everything and everyone. I'm a sensible person. Sigh.....

My move has me commuting 45 minutes one way. It's nice in some ways. I listen to books on my drive. I think I need to look for something different though, for several reasons...

Exercise wise - I've been doing ok. We have 3 horses that need work everyday, so I ride one and my daughter rides 2. Sweat pours off me, but that's about the 100 degree temps not the riding. My thighs are sore today. I'm in a wedding in November and the dress is strapless.....my arms are NOT ready for that dress. Ugh.

Riding horses is a great way to get your exercise in. It's good for your posture too! Start doing pushups everyday and tricep dips to improve your arms!

Thanks for the advice, I'll have to look up what a tricep dip is.

Triceps dip. Easiest explanation. Sit on a chair. Put you palms on the chair seat with fingers toward the edge. Slide your butt off and dip it below the seat and the straighten your arms.
