Today is day one again, time to get back at it. Summer has been bad to my belly with all the beer and margaritas! I feel gross, and out of shape. I miss feeling good and having energy. I stopped running about 2 months ago because my Achilles tendon was causing me grief, now I pulled a gastrocnemius muscle at ball and it has really impeded my progress back to the gym, as well as my membership has expired...all excuses really. I need to eat better again and start back to some core workouts. I can do it, its not impossible I just need to push harder. So my goal for the week, No alcohol and walking and eating right. its a start.
