Day 2- I walked on the tread mill for 5 extra more mins. Its said I burned 101 calories. I was watching the show "biggest loser" and got a great tip for when I watch any of my t.v. shows, do jumping jacks and by the time the show is over you should of done 10 cycles of jumping jacks to get 300 calories or maybe it was 30 hard core jumping jacks. Either way it was a great tip, cuz what do you do when comercials come on??? grab a snack, bathroom, flip threw more channels? Give your fingers a break and do some jumping!!!! :)

I was watching the biggest loser too. It said you should be able to do 10 jumping jacks in a minute & the commerical breaks are 3 minutes so in the end you will burn 300 calories. Way to go on the extra 5 minutes. Keep it up.
