Day 2- I walked on the tread mill for 5 extra more mins. Its said I burned 101 calories. I was watching the show "biggest loser" and got a great tip for when I watch any of my t.v. shows, do jumping jacks and by the time the show is over you should of done 10 cycles of jumping jacks to get 300 calories or maybe it was 30 hard core jumping jacks. Either way it was a great tip, cuz what do you do when comercials come on??? grab a snack, bathroom, flip threw more channels? Give your fingers a break and do some jumping!!!! :)

Well today is day one of hopefully many to come. I had to work today and at break time at work I didn't splurg and buy chips or other junk that I would usually get. On lunch I did have a subway wrap and admit that I had ranch and mayo on it. I did do a lot of walking as I always seem to do. After work I made my husband some dinner watched my soaps that I have recorded and checking a few e-mails before I start the walking on the tread mill. I did walk on the tread mill Sunday so I think that is a pretty good start. Tomorrow I am going to eat some chicken soup for lunch my only down fall is that I LOVE DR.PEPPER. I know I should drink plenty of water so my goal is to CUT back on getting d.p's and taking some water to drink. I will write more tomorrow!
