Did my strict 4.5 day challenge this week and had stellar results despite not getting a lot of sleep during the week! Here's the breakdown:

Biked Monday, Thursday, and Friday - avg 1 hour per session
Ran briefly on Monday - 15 min HIIT
Stayed on point with food intake Monday through Friday morning.

Thx, guys! The December fitness goals for my fitness evals are: 1.5 mile run in under 11 mins, 60 pushups in 1 minute, 60 situps in one minute, and a waist circumference of 33 inches. I worked my ass off to get 11:11 for my run last year, I hope to get in the 10s this year!
