For those of you who like to run, walk, or bike and would like to track your activities there are plenty of free apps that you can download on your phone. I like to use Strava. Here's my ride results from my after-work session yesterday.

It was a doozy with the uphills, but the downhills.... oohhh baby! I'll add the link to the video when I upload it today or tomorrow. Effing cows and those dry spikey plants kind of ruined my flow, but it's all good!

I got over-zealous today and tried out this valley that connects to one of my after-work rides. So not worth the extra uphill grinders... Yea, us MTBers work our asses off to hit those sweet sweeping downhills!

The ratio of uphill to downhill fun wasnt worth the effort in my strava crockett hills full loop. The fireroads had dry stamped grass and too many wide cracks in the dirt making for slippery and rough descents! :( I'll stick with my regular route from now on. But hey! At least I've been there and done that, so now I know :). Moving on to other new adventures!

Haha on the ride above? No, I backtracked up the mountain so I could hit the sweet downhills on the northern side of the trail :D I eat this sh!t up. Work my ass off on the uphills and then FLY down the downhills. It's my new addiction lol Check out the vid!!
