yesterday had two slices wholemeal bread with egg bacon and mushrooms. lunch had crepe made with oatbran and yoghurt and a pear. For dinner last night had Home made burgers with spices tomatoes. Today for breakfast porridge for lunch two slices wholemeal bread low fat spread with ham cheese and tomatoes. Tonight first celebration meal for weeks can't wait ...........
