Today so far.....breakfast skimmed milk and 2 tablespoons oatbran. Lunch 2 slices wholmeal break no butter or spread with small spoonfull of branston sandwich pickle and 40g cheese. Tonight 3 quorn sausages with chilli con carne no rice as beans in mince. Muller Yoghurt strawberry and vanilla for later. 1 1/2 litre bottle Evian daily still. Power walking for 40 mins still on rota days off.

yesterday had two slices wholemeal bread with egg bacon and mushrooms. lunch had crepe made with oatbran and yoghurt and a pear. For dinner last night had Home made burgers with spices tomatoes. Today for breakfast porridge for lunch two slices wholemeal bread low fat spread with ham cheese and tomatoes. Tonight first celebration meal for weeks can't wait ...........

today breakfast oatbran with milk, then lunch 2 quorn sausages with 3 rashers bacon and 1 egg with yoghurt. Tonight salmon with prawns and garlic and yoghurt. Limit myself to 4 yoghurts a day now with 2 flavoured and 2 with fruit pieces. Struggling with the water sometimes.
