Last night i got on the elliptcal machine and at 10 minutes I was so tired that I told myself I would only do 20 minutes but at 20 I kept going. At 25 I said I could make it to 30 and increased the resistance. Then I even did my ab workout with 1 set of 20 and again for 15.
