Back from vacation! I was pretty good and only came close to going over budget twice (but didn't go over!) I walked about 2 miles per day for 6 of the 8 days I was away (One day was traveling, one day was rest). Hiro, my dog joined me on all the days. My husband got me a fit bit and today is day two using it. The first day, I did about 12,400 steps and today (walked this morning 2 miles, plus airport travel) I did 10900 steps and 4.26 miles. Go me! I don't believe I have gained weight but I did eat a lot yesterday so I feel full and heavy. I will weigh myself in a day or so after I lose all the bloated feeling (we went for all you can eat ribs...omg the salt was too much). I haven't decided if I am going to walk tomorrow out. Depends on how tired I am. I WILL be going on the elliptical tomorrow though. Tired...going to bed. Nite!
