Vacation was wonderful! Very relaxing and got to spend a ton of time with my kids, which was awesome!! Also read 4 books! One night I was 2 chapters into a book and picked it up after the kids went to bed at 10 and had finished it by 2 am, lol. I love to do that sometimes, read really late at night when everything is quiet, but it makes it hard to get up the next day, so I don't do it very often when I have to get up and work unless the book is amazing! These were late 1700 Scotland, usually I like a little earlier more medieval books, but these were really good. Diet/exercise. . . kind of vacationed from that as well. Today, I'm thinking I probably should get some sort of plan or idea back in place! Going to start the squat challenge again and continue with the pushup challenge, but also want to throw some walks or videos in 3 or 4 times a week. Also, want to try better at making healthy food choices. Packed my lunch today, then ate at Burger King! But rather than beating myself up about it, I'm just going to acknowledge it and move on. Most importantly I want to continue to feel positive and less stressed, exactly how I feel today, even coming back to a mountain of things to do!! Hope everyone has a great Monday!
