Went way off the exercise band wagon, into the woods and got lost. I gained 12 lbs and it makes me sad and upset that I allow myself to do this. I'm going to do my best to keep myself accountable and do what I need to do to help get myself to a better me. I already started exercising again and trying to cut junk again after a 3 week binge on pop.

don't keep dwelling on the 12 lbs. We all have done that. Just when I let my guard down and take a few bites of something off the plan it turns into pounds. I have been logging everything and it helps to see just what you are eating. You have already turned it around, now start going forward and don't look back. this is something you can beat. you can do it.

Thanks diehard3. I'm going to reboot into atkins Aug. 11th. I need to mentally and physically prep before I start it again to make sure I'm on the right page to stick with it again.
