I tried hard to follow program however I traveled several days this two week period and finding meals low calorie while on road was tough. I did not eat my snacks twice a day. The meals were high calorie and I was eating twice a day again not three plus two snacks. This 3 + 2 program is hard...first because of time...when I eat two meals a day its easy. So it is a challenge and I will keep trying.

163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good luck! I know what you mean about eating well when out of town. The meals on my work trips are always set for a group, yummy and high calorie!
