Travel this week..did not do well as far as I am concerned. Tomorrow I hope I do better. I want to get back on track to less intake of calories. well I have tried, taking in more raw vegetables to feel satisfied with chewing and fullness with lower calories. Well my stomach has grown...guess the raw veggies are killing my intestines. Guess that's it.
