Still 145! I am happy that I have not gained any weight while I was off program. I think my body released a lot of adrenalin and it boosted my metabolism. NOT a good way to loose weight. My sister has lost a lot of weight since her husband died-probably ten ponds in less than 2 weeks. Her clothes are literally falling off. I remember when I was very ill ten yrs ago and hospitalized. I weighed 135lbs before surgery and 110lbs 2 weeks later when I was released. It's just not fair that we can lose weight during times of trauma/physical illness- precisely when we can't enjoy it!

I am slowly (tortoise speed) getting my good habits back. I went from pizza on Tuesday to grilled shrimp today. I know if I do not get my mojo back I will certainly gain weight. I am motivated but lack the energy and focus. I feel listless and everything hurts. My jaw is so sore and so are my teeth. I must be grinding in my sleep. I do that when particularly stressed.

Writing about it helps-at least I am not ignoring the problem. I am happy to be home though and yes the wild beast (dog) was so happy to see me and has been glued to my side since. I think my husband is a bit jealous.
