My husband is away on a trip (his mother is in the hospital) and I have decided to eat junk all weekend. I'm going to feel as miserable as I feel and eat whatever I want. Then Monday go back to eating cleanly and see if my body will pay attention. I am really hating my inability to lose weight.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
