Lard is not me, my ID. Contrary to popular opinion, I don't need to love my lard in order to lose it. It's a foreign invader, alien to my organs, and therefore shall be exiled. It's just such a shame that lard has no value unless you live in the dry desert or the frigid Russian tundra. Oh the money lots of folks could make selling lard!
105.4 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
