Here's a good rule to live by: never espouse a system of beliefs or a philosophy by which to live, love or work until you've been at it for at least seven years. If you've been living by it for less time than that, you're still a student. So shut up, sit down, and open your ears instead.
106.2 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
