It's been a good day. My last Friday home for awhile. My jobs starts again with the start of the new school year. NOT liking this balanced calendar set up. But nothing I can do about it. Not like back in the day when school started after Labor Day. I love having my summers off, just little shorter. I did pretty well with my food intake. I am a little over. Going to ride my stationary bike and drink a little more water.
