TGIF!!!! I'm so ready for the weekend. We don't have any big plans, other than shopping for school supplies and a kids bday party, but I'm just ready to sleep in.
I ended up taking yesterday as my rest day because my hubby was already making dinner when I got home. I didn't tell him that I was going to workout after work, so it's my own fault. I'll get it done tonight instead though. Tomorrow will be kind of busy with school shopping in the morning then the bday party in the afternoon, but I'm still hoping I can get a workout in at some point.
The last 2 days I thought I would go over my RDI and have been under, so I'm shocked. I'm trying not to give in to my cravings as much and try to just let them pass, or just have a small amount of what I'm craving instead of a lot. The other day I was craving chocolate so I had 2 small pieces throughout the day, but what I was imagining eating was a huge piece of chocolate cake, and I had even thought about running across the street to the bakery to get one, but I resisted. But, now my kids and my hubby want me to make more zucchini bars. They are not horrible at about 145 cals, but I just have to stick to 1 and no more, that's the problem. Maybe I can make a small pan for home and a small pan for work, instead of having them all at home. I have to be strong! At least if I make the bars there will be no more chocolate chips in the house to tempt me. :)
