Successful week! Stayed within 1200 calories each day and ran trail twice which is huge accomplishment for me. I need to get back to the point where I can run the entire 5 miles... then I will really feel like I'm getting somewhere! But just to do the three is an achievement that makes me feel good and that's what this is all about, right? Just trusting the process right now and so far it's working =)
