First official weigh-in and lost 5 lbs. I wish it was more but for now I can live with it.

You are more than welcome. I have adhered very strictly to the Atkins diet for four months and only lost 5lbs, and three days ago I went back to my own diet. No doubt I will gain all back and see where I go from there.
