I've gone under 200lb - I feel like I've reached a milestone!!
I've not been filling in my diet calender recently mainly because its a bit of a palava to weigh everything and a lot of meals are home-made its getting time to put it all the ingredients in the database! I feel like I've cracked my portion control I've also had a few meals out - but always been sensible with what I order and only having a main course!

Diet followed reasonably well.
