289!! Woo! Finally hit the 280's this morning. :D I peed alot last night and this morning. O.O So must have been water weight the last few days. My hands still feel tight too, so I think I have a bit more water weight to lose. My wedding ring is also staying on, and it hasn't been in the past. :) So all in all, a good bit happier today.

The big city day was great. Got some new tops all in a size smaller than I was wearing when I signed up here September 1st! :D Also tried on a size 22 in non-stretch pants at the store, I got them on and zipped up, but they were really tight. But considering I started out at a 26 in pants, I'm pretty proud of myself right now. I'm currently wearing a size 24, with hopes that a 22 will fit me by the end of the month! And I was really in desparate need of shirts that fit me and weren't black tank tops. XD lol. So I'm having a pretty good morning. :)
289.0 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WOOT !!!! So happy for you. I am right there with you in getting down to a smaller size. We seem to be losing at same rate regarding clothes sizes. I started in a 24 and now down to 22 comfortably, the 20's can be zipped but no way I would wear them in pubic yet! Started in 3xl tops and now down a definate 2xl and almost a xlarge. I just cna't wait until I can shop in a regular store for cute clothes!

Meeee either!! I'd love to be able to walk into any store, and find clothing in my size! :D Your doing great Babs! I though your in a smaller pants size. I have very wide hips, always have had them. lol. I think the next thing I'm going to buy is a new regular bra at walmart. The one I wore yesterday was just a little big and wasn't holding everything up properly. lol. When I'm home, I usually wear sports bras. So didn't even think about it when we went out yesterday. lol. You get to feeling better and keep up the great weightlost work and we'll see smaller sizes together in no time!

I know you are a coffee hound like I am, but give green tea a try if you can. Just buy the tea bags, not the crap that comes in a bottle with all the additives to it. I still have my coffee in the morning and will never give that up, but I get in 2-3 mugs of green tea during the day. Really helps to wisk away that water weight and remove excess toxins from the body. I think it is helping with this nasty chest cold too!

I only drink my coffee in the morning, but I do drink hot teas (green tea, black tea, and herbal teas) during the rest of the day. XD I just can't kick the coffee in the morning though. A big part of it is the taste for me. I'm actually drinking a cup of green tea/hibiscus tea right now. :) I use a large mug 2 cups of water, 1 bag of green and 1 bag of hibiscus. Since I'm not fond of the flavor of green tea, it's the best way for me to get it in. It really helps with cravings too. ^.^
