First week. I lost about 4kg since thursday 11th. I am happy about that, of course. But I don't want to over react about it because I know the first weeks are always generous with the weight loss.
It's been a while since I've really put some serious effort on taking care of my weight. I never stopped exercising completely, but I wasn't disciplined with it and my eating habits. So, it's like the first week I do this.
I'm so happy for those kilos, and I am gonna give it my all to finally reach a weight under 100 to feel a little bit "normal", and then fight some more to reach my goal or at least 80! with 80 I would be more than happy, I don't remember seeing an 80 on the scale, the lower number I remember is ninety-something when I was about 13 years old. That's why an 80 would be more than excellent for me. The lower size I remember wearing is 14 and I felt incredible when I was 15 years old. If I could get there again would be awesome, if I could fit in a 12, it would be unbelievable. But... if I could get a 10... oh, God! Then it would be a dream come true and I would feel perfect.
