Changed my goal.
Today I changed my goal weight to 99.5 kg. My ultimate goal is to hit the 75kg. But, that means I need to lose 36kg. And if I keep seeing that number in my records, I will get down even if I lose weight, because it is a looooooong way.

So, I decided to change my goal to 99.5. I want to leave the 100's soooo bad, so, if I finally get to 99.5 kg, I'll feel "normal", even if I'm still fat. But I won't feel so obese as I feel right now. I will have overweight, not obesity.

Once I hit the 99.5kg, I'll change my goal again to 85kg, and then, to my dream weight: 75kg.

I know I can do this, right?

Yes, you can do this!!! Sometimes you have to readjust your way of thinking in order to reach your goal. Resetting your goal to something that seems within your grasp is a good thing. It sets a more realistic goal. Then, once you reach that goal, you reset yourself to reach a new goal. Thats what I'm doing right now. My ideal weight is a LONG way from where I am right now. I set a closer goal, and to me a realistic one. We're all in this fight, and there are people here to help. Keep up the good work Ponky!!!
