I am so excited my husband is coming home for R and R. I am excited to show off my new body. I had lost a little before he left. I think I was in a size 10 when he left. I know he will be happy now matter what I weigh but still I am looking forward to his visit. I have made it past a year. I am still keeping my weight off. If I start gaining I am usually cheating a lot more than I should. So I cut back on my carbs and work out a little harder and it comes right off. So I am excited that I have this weight thing under control. With Gods help I can keep this under control.
