Well I have passed my 2 week crash point, which is usually the point I get bored with my diet and feel bad and go back to eating like a horse. I tried to I noticed My brain was telling me go to the kitchen So I went and got out some pop tarts and a pack of noodles. But When I turned around, I thought, "Britt if you do this you are throwing it away and those same little shaming voices will come back and then you will have to start the pep talk all over with". Then I made the decision to give up something good for some thing better. I want to fit in my size 7 holey jeans again, My fav pair of jeans that I did everything in and have kept for 4 years now. They have waited long enough.
