Doing better following plan now that my CSA has started but weight is being stubborn. I think my body wants to be this weight now and I may have to accept it as my new normal. I hope not!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
