I'm not sure if I should be happy or ticked......weighed myself this morning (unofficial) and came in at 177.8 (.6 increase from last weigh in). Wondering if I should be okay as TOM is next week, and typically around this time my weight is higher (178.8 this time last month).

I'm still battling in the morning to get out of bed and to the gym, but I think I'm finally starting to win (now it's a matter of getting back the stamina to get through the full 33 minute cycle).

Still struggling with my appetite as well. I keep track of everything I eat, no problem....but I get to a point where I know I should stop, but still feel hungry, so I continue to eat. It's a bad way to be.

Small steps, keep breathing....

Hey lady! I'm sorry things are a little off key. Hopefully you're back down and things are back to normal? I need to get back on the workout myself. I keep getting distracted by housework. Oh well... so long as I'm not laying on the couch, I guess. Hang in there, I'm right there with you.

That's my thought exactly! As long as I'm getting some sort of movement in it's better than being a sloth xD. Oh yeah, I'm not sure if you follow Kingkeld on here or not, but he posted a great idea, whcih is to go to the store and pick up something the same weight as what you've lost, to keep in perspective just how far you've come.
