Another half pound down to 225.6 on morning weigh in after fast day one.
224.2 lb Lost so far: 100.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hey hey, great! The low cal/IF really works doesn't it? I have had one low cal/IF day this week, on the other days I have eaten more/different/better on the recommendation of my buddy Keld and I saw a nice drop today. I am hoping the drop sticks around. Doesn't weight loss feel good? Wish it happened every day - LOL.
