Today is my second day of being back on the Weight Watchers horse. I'm really pumped this time, and I really really really want to stick with it for many reasons. I want to do it for myself and for my family. I feel like the first three weeks of WW is the hardest. After that, I sort of adjust. I guess the hard part for me is being married to a man with a big appetite and awesome metabolism. He can pretty much eat whatever he wants and he never really goes over 180 pounds. I have a tendency to be a binge eater and I crave stuff like pasta and bread and butter, probably as a result of depression. I'm also still breastfeeding my daughter, so that's been amazingly helpful for me losing weight. It's also a reason to use WW as a diet guide since it really just teaches healthy eating instead of a crash diet. It just sucks that cheeseburgers and chips and cheese dip aren't diet foods. :)
