So, I missed a week of dieting. Between my birthday and going to the beach, I was destined for failure. Not that it should be an excuse, but whatever. How can I go to the beach and not eat fried shrimp??? The good news is that I didn't gain any weight, I just didn't lose any. So this week I'm back on track with logging my food and being much much more strict with my eating. I really really hate dieting.
Oh, and I should be back to walking every day. With a triple stroller! I took it out yesterday for about a half hour, and holy cow that thing weighs a million pounds.

Aaaah, weekends. Weekends kind of suck. I keep trying to stick to my WW on the weekends and failing. But I'm still losing weight, just not as quickly as I might want. But I did buy a pair of jeans in a size down! Part of me thinks that my body is looking more trim from all of the walking I've been doing, even though the pounds aren't totally falling off. I saw a friend of mine yesterday who I hadn't seen since my first week and she said she could tell I'd lost weight. With no prompting... :) In any case, I'm doing what I can do. I even went to a birthday party on Saturday and did not eat any cake!
