Day four of Weight Watchers is getting a little more frustrating. I'm still sticking to it, but it's not as easy as yesterday. Probably because we went to dinner at Whole Foods, which ended up being great for me to get a salad from their salad bar, but tough because I couldn't figure out the points exactly for what I ate. I figure it's good to round up. I think what I'm nervous about is the weekend. I have been eating the same thing for breakfast and lunch and snacks all week and it's been pretty easy to stick to the diet but stay pretty full with all of the veggies. But dinner is always a little tough when you're married to a man who eats enough for four people on a regular basis and never gains weight. When I go grocery shopping on Sunday, I will buy the same stuff that I've been eating this week, but I think I will also pick up three or four WW frozen meals to have in the freezer in case of emergencies. I think the reason I've failed at WW in the past is because I've run into situations where it was too hard to eat low points. Or when me and my husband were broke and relying on frozen pizza. Well, we're still broke, but now I prioritize healthy food. I just keep thinking about my daughter's birthday party and how I want to look good. And I've decided that I will buy myself a new outfit for the party if I have lost at least 15 pounds.

I'm also having a hard time drinking enough water. Partially because I'm a nanny and peeing is an ordeal. I think maybe a better water bottle would be a good idea. Like a real water bottle. Then I could take it and strap it to the stroller on our daily walks. I will figure this out. I will.

You can do it. Eating out can be hard. The most important thing is if you mess up and eat too many points, just forgive yourself and move on. There are many good cookbooks out there that have good recipes (Cooking Light is really great). You can make casseroles and things that tell you what the portions are so that your husband can eat what he wants and you just eat your proper portion. Having some frozen dinners can be good for emergencies too. You are doing great. Keep up the good work!
