Ok second big update. Offically I've stopped cutting (3 months early, lost too much, too fast) and am trying to find a balance between maintaining and slightly gaining... I'm currently on 2500 daily cals but I think I'll have to up it, since I've gained nothing yet (still 145 lbs aprox).
Tested my 1 Rep Max and was supprisingly better than I thought, though I still lost some strenght.
DeadLift 200 lbs
Squat 225 lbs (Slightly below parallel) 200 (A2G)
OHP 100 lbs
BPress 155 lbs
