I forgot to weigh in today. So far I've had fruit and infused water. I'm going to hang in there the next two weeks. I have to do this!

Protein! :-) Carbs -- even if they're complex, are not enough. The protein is what will keep you feeling full, and give you the energy to build lean muscle mass. Don't deprive yourself. We can do this!!!

You can do it girl! Keep thinking positive thoughts and you'll be beautiful and glowing for your wedding no matter what! <3 (Oh and it doesn't hurt to exfoliate! ;)

My clothes feel tight, Tamara! LMAO I'm juice cleansing for the next day or two. i weighed myself after work and found that I've only gained a pound since May. I'm so surprised, but elated at the same time. I guess I do beat myself up too much :)
