Look at my food diary! I ate so much. I am sooo full and everything was wonderful. I stayed under my calories and I am satisfied! I even rode my bike a mile around the neighborhood! Yay!

That's great. I walked twice yesterday. And in horrible heat and humidity. My mantra is I am becoming healthy and active. Seems to be working because even though it was horrible outside i could not fight the urge to go for an evening walk.
