'The only thing constant is change' Last year in late July I took an allergy test. Come to find out, I'm allergic to milk, eggs, wheat, pecan, hickory, and dust. I have been reading and learning about food and how to eat safely. I have lost a lil over 50 lbs. since my diagnosis. My mom had a quadruple bypass surgery this July 3rd...we are still on the mend. We learned she is diabetic and needs to make lifestyle changes. Together, we begin a healthier journey. I found this site while trying to log what we've eaten. So far, this has been one of the most helpful sites. Today, I found that the site offers much more than I was utilizing, so here goes. I joined today and hope for a healthier family for myself as well as my family.
