Got way off track yesterday on the eating part. Uggghhh....dunno why. I've been better today and trying to make up for yesterday with activity. Cleaned my moms fridge and kitchen. Helped instal a new stove (yes, mom's died right after we got home from hospital). Done extra laundry, tried to stretch each time I went outside, didn't turn on tv at all, not even for mom, and am waiting for the sun to drop a little bit before attempting today's run.
