I've been in a complete and utter rut for a month. I have exactly 2 weeks until my wedding. My skin looks terrible, my periods have been late from stress, I've been stressed out and depressed. I should be excited and happy, and I keep turning to binge eating and getting even more depressed. I tell myself every morning, today we eat raw vegan again... and today I stopped at Tim Hortans and got a panini flatbread breakfast sandwich and a small ice capp. Not vegan... not diet... not happy. *sigh*

I bought a dress to get married in and there is no time to let it out if I get any fatter, so I need the support to get through this. If I dont drop a few pounds in the next two weeks, I may be getting married with safty pins holding my dress closed in the back.

What happened to that drive I had several months ago? I was doing so great. A whole month raw vegan. And now I cant go a day without sneaking food I shouldn't be eating. I know stress can change a person mentally and physically, but this is getting rediculous. This isn't me.

It sounds like you need a serious boost in motivation! I'm not sure what could help, but perhaps you could try to amp up exercise? Apparently it can help boost your positive hormones and it'll make you feel better, which might help you be more motivated and stick with your diet. Alternatively, you could try to adjust the diet if your body isn't letting you follow it, maybe change it to something else... try going just vegan instead of raw vegan, perhaps? Try a "cleanse" or something like that, perhaps? My friend did a soup cleanse, it was a spicy vegetable soup that she had to eat only that and a TON of it, but she lost weight in like a week... you could try apple cider vinegar drinks... or perhaps an anti-bloating, water-retention pill... yoga.... walk for like 1-2 hours a day after work.... um, have you tried lemon in your water and drinking 8-10 glasses of it a day... or sparkling water if regular is boring... green tea, perhaps... not sure if any of these ideas will help you but even *I* felt stressed reading that your wedding is 2 weeks away!!! You must be super stressed and that's probably what's holding you back. Perhaps even just focusing on your mental health and meditating or doing yoga and not worrying too much about your diet, might help....

I do no exercise... which is why Im fat...lol. I have been doing the infused water the past week, but still eating badly and not moving around. Mostly sit on the couch and play on facebook. I kicked up my water consumption quite a bit. I rarely drink and that is bad. So, starting today (famous words) I am going back on a strict diet again (aside from the Tim Hortons breakfast). I will weigh myself tomorrow morning, and this will be my starting point. I took a laxative to help flush out my system today. I want to cleanse for the next two weeks. Everyone, please keep on me. Help lift me out of this funk Im in. I have really dug myself in good this time!

Hey you gotta start somewhere! Start slow, but start! Even a 20 minute walk would be great... after dinner, or at lunch.... take the stairs if you can... it will all help! But otherwise, just try to stay positive. Negativity is the worst thing (I feel like I have to battle negativity the most out of all my demons.) There is no reason to beat yourself up for a breakfast, it's done, and it's ok! You can only change the future. Oh, one thing that was pretty motivational for me was I typed out some healthy lists and printed them in fun colours and stuck them on my wall by my calendar. Like: - Drink water! - Sit up straight! - Think positive! - Eat raw vegan! - Snack often, snack healthy! - Get up and walk around for 5 minutes! Right Now! - Stretch your body - Breathe deeply - Love yourself

sending big hugs. Yes getting married is very stressful. Can you keep track of water intake, will make your skin looks better. I'm sure you will be ok for your dress. I wish I could help more
