decided today,that i wont weigh self until the end of week, not encouraging when weigh goes up and down like a yoyo! size of clothes are important ,not just weight on scale,true weight can only be taken in water! (smile) so if i dont concentrate on everything i eat,and not be a "pig" when i do eat i feel i can lose,also reality must set in,my age,my condition,medications are all a factor in this struggle of mines,i know i am never going to wear "booty shorts" but i would like to wear bermuda shorts without cellulite taking over,or wave goodbye and hello and my arms continue to wave 20 mins later! i want to be healthy and if i achieve a decent weight loss in the process alright!!!
