I was out of town and on the road this weekend. This led to diet disaster. I know I made poor food choices and a lot of poor beverage decisions.
Back on the wagon today, though!!

I am trying to figure out how to motivate myself for exercise. I am finding it impossible. I have tried it all and I do have a lot of encouragement from those around me. But I just can't pull it together. When it's the choice of a nice soft couch with a book or an entertaining TV show, or getting myself going- the getting going never ever works. :( I can't fight it. I know what I can look like. And what I want to look like. And what I DO look like. I just can't seem to get past my lazy ways... :(
