I need to lose at least 44 pounds by christmas. Me and my fiancee have a bet going who ever gets closer to their goal weight wins $500. I just can't let him beat me. He hates be get beat by a woman and so I have to beat him. I am working on my eating habit first and then my workout. But I do walk my dog everyday some days twice a day. so now I need to step up my workout.
