Day 3 or 4 of diet again. Not really sure I should call it a diet since it's the amount I should be eating anyway. It's always interesting how my weight goes up a couple of lbs. when I start. Last time I lost 27lbs...gained 10. LOL. If I keep going like that eventually I will be at my correct weight. Oh, and I need to remind myself to learn how to eat healthy. Was never taught but still not a good excuse. Put effort into it!!
