I have been so busy with my daughter starting school and trying to get obligations in that I have not worked out in weeks.

YESTERDAY I finally got a normal workout in and I plan to do yoga today before we leave for the lake house. With all the skiing and playing tennis....I am not concerned but I need to get back on track. I gained 2% body fat. I know that within 2 weeks, I can regain all that was lost but still.

It started YESTERDAY and I need to get everything BACK by the end of the month! I couldn't care less about the scale...it's the muscle definition and bodyfat percentage that has me the most alert!

Good luck to all my buddies...I haven't been able to check on everyone but my thoughts are with you!!

I missed you!! Your plan plus my 2-3 times weekly yoga/pilates classes are getting me in shape, slowly but surely! :) Can't live without my cranwater, either...lol. What would I do without you?
