I won't be checking in again until Sunday because I'm off to the River...the Mississippi River, that is. My parents and my sister and her husband have a place up there and my mother and sister and my two nieces are going up there for a couple days. A kind of girls weekend. It should be fun. Our big plan is to visit a couple apple orchards. Other than that, we plan on sipping coffee and watching boats go by. Hmmmm...sounds wonderful.
So, I'm counting on you other RUBIPHIRES out there to carry the torch while I'm gone. Let's see, what do I usually do? First, you need to message sararay a few times just about anything in the world. Perhaps you've tried a new recipe of hers or you just wanted to tell her what a great job she's doing as the head admin person for the 20 Carb Challenge. Or maybe your worried because she wouldn't have any messages in her box and you wanted her to feel loved.
Then, about every other day or so, I message the rest of the Rubiphires in an attempt to harrass...er...I mean INSPIRE them. Sometimes this involves telling them some story about me that I think will inspire them, but most often confuses them....
Then, when that's done, I usually start looking at all the other Atkins journals. I pay special attention if there are new pictures (did you guys see the new one of teeoh???). I usually show up to watch kimbulie work out - cuz that girl is on a roll!! I also have been really wateching mbhpro because she's been on a roll, too - and without electicity for several days!! Talk about motivation!! Then I visit Shannon_21 and Shaneyney for some positivity. I usually see what juanab is doing because she makes me laugh and I always check on lorik because I'm afraid she'll leave again. Right now we need to pay extra attention to KSmith because she needs some extra encouragement (hang in there, girl!!). And acastiglione just had mouth surgery, so I'm worried about her. Then there are the insightful journals of Reina Estrella, which I can't miss. And I gotta usually check in with Keri to make sure the wedding plans are going smoothly.
Then I take a minute and lament the loss of Dave22 and gearhead.
Then I go back and visit the other people that I may not know so well but would like to get to know better. I usually like to throw my 2 cents at them.
And last, when that's all done, I follow BadAndee around and pester her relentlessly.
Okay, so that's about what I'd be doing if I was here. Who's going to take over for me until Sunday? I hope to see a report in my box when I get back....
