Done better today as far as being active. I got on the Wii fit for 30min on the free step I took 2710 steps which is about like walking a mile and a half. Then after dinner I walked a mile and a half around the subdivision. I also have been keeping a close eye on my calories for the past week. So looking forward to seeing myself reach my goal. Since I have started my weight loss on Sunday I have lost 8.8 pounds :)
