Stress levels have been high since the weekend and getting worse, breathing is way off and I know that has to be the cause for the weight gain. Looking for ways to relax and relieve stress.

Getting very discouraged. I have been following my diet and keeping my calorie count down. I started off losing weight. For the past 4 days I have been gaining. I have not done anything different from what I was doing when I was losing. Can't really understand what is going on.

1/17/14 Diet going good. I am however scared of a rebound on the weight I am losing at a fast rate it seems. I have lost 4 pounds since Tuesday the 14th.
My calorie intake has been low but I have been using alot of fillers on the sandwiches piling them with spinach leaves and lettuce and peppers. Putting 2 oz of meat on sandwiches at lunch and having 4 oz of meat at supper. So I guess I am doing everything right so far. I just hope it stays off.
